In the Chowan County, NC Deed Books, there are two references to Daniel Pipkin and Robert Rogers but the documents do not exist any more according to the Register of Deeds

April 1751 - A deed of sale for land from Daniell Pipkin to Robert Rodgers was proved in open court by the oath of Demsey Sumner one of the evidences thereto in due form of law and on motion was ordered to be recorded.
